In 2008 Jim Larr and Larry Stephens formed CLS with an expanded mission and vision in the payment systems arena. In early 2011, they decided to split the company with Stephens reinventing Ohio Bank Card while Larr continued with the success of CLS.

Our recruiting effort continues as our agent ranks are expanded every month. We provide unparalleled training and support for our sales staff in multiple states.

Larr's 30 plus years as an accounting executive supports the agent training, analytical support and development of emerging market sales.

Mr. Larr  has over 30 years of diverse business experience with Fortune 500, middle market and entrepreneurial companies. His background includes general management, information technology and chief financial officer roles including international assignments. Larr has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, start ups, divestitures, financing, information systems and financing.

Larr received his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Ohio University and a Master of Business Administration from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland Ohio.

He is a certificated Public account in the state of Ohio and speaks Spanish and Portuguese.
